We dealt with Larry initially, and Chase Mallory (the sales manager) would come out of his office to answer any question we had asked Larry. We came in for a quote and pre approval. I had to utter the words "pre approval" about 7 times that night, as they kept forgetting we wanted to sleep on it and get back to them. They lied about the 260KM on the new car we were interested in, and Chase Mallory kept drawing lines and making us sign every quote he provided as a way to make sure we couldn't ask for a different price. They will tell you absolutely anything you want to hear to get you into a car and if you question them, they jump on the defensive, with absolutely no care for the customer. Luckily we did our research and due diligence and avoided purchasing from Chase Mallory and Larry. We purchased the Kia we wanted, at a much more reasonable price, in Regina. I also took it a step further by talking to Travis, who is Chase Mallorys manager. Travis made it clear he was not interested in what I had to say when at the end of the call he says "so are you gonna buy a car, or are you just calling to tell me all this?"
