I believe it was Sarah that I origionally delt with, but she was not in the day I did the final deal with John. The car was praised as being owed by a sales assosiates parents and was super clean with low Kms. I have been burned in the past by accident vehicles and was very clear that I did not want anything that was repainted. Unfortunately this 2011 Rondo V6 EX-L was the only one locally in the colour we liked. Everyone I dealt with was great and very polite and I am am hoping it was just an oversight. On the day of delivery I was shocked when doing the financing with I think it was Mark? When he mentioned that there were 2 seperate insurance claims totalling ~$5000. At that point it would have been a hugh inconvenience to walk away and try to find that same model again with those features. I don't know what you could do to resolve this other than financial compensation for living with the imperfections. I do not want it repainted as with my experience could make it worse. I understand scratches and dings are going to happen, but someones pant leg brushing agaist a bumper should not scratch. I paid top price for what was thought to be a spotless accident free vehicle. There were a few other items that I thought were overlooked on the servicing side, but I am not sure if its laziness in service or sales does not want extra costs. I am looking forward to see what can be done to resolve my dissatisfaction.
