He is well versed with the different models and explained the different models very thoroughly. Never during the process did he force me to purchase a certain model - which was a refreshing change from the norm. I have been using their service centre to service my cars for years now. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mr. Paul has been always very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a KIA vehicle. More

Neil accommodated my requests, answered my concerns quickly, and got my newly purchased used Kio Rio 5 ready for pick up sooner rather than later. I did find I spent too much time going over extended warranty information with the dealership manager, however, I appreciate it's important for buyers to be presented with the information so they can make informed decisions. When I was ready I spoke to Aman one of the salesmen at the dealership, and told him I was interested in a certain vehicle, but was told it was sold already, but he did steer me in a good direction and to another car of equal options that I wanted, I was happy that I spoke to him and have no regrets in the vehicle he showed me as I purchased it. The staff at the dealer ship were very friendly and inviting, also the finance person was very polite and extremely helpful, I had not the best credit and he made the payments work as I liked , I have absolutely no complaints and would with out question recommend the dealership to friends and family.
