Stopped in for a test drive of a 2015 SX that I looked at a few months back and loved it but when talking numbers realize my bank account wasn't as in love with the car as I was. Mac took a quick look at the recent stock and found a SX one year older that still pulled my heart strings AND fit my wallet. needless to say it was a pretty effective test drive. not often do you go out for milk and come home with a new car! "Satisfied Customer once again-KIA of Brampton!" I had purchased a KIA Forte and drove for just under 2 years. It was definitely a spontaneous purchase for me with all the bells and whistles. Enjoyed driving it, especially in the summer with the sunroof-however, the vehicle was not working for me anymore.. I went back to see Mac to inquire what my options were (I wanted to stay with the KIA brand as I had no problems with previous vehicle). Mac really listened to what my needs were and what my current issue was with a 2-door. To my surprise, he showed me a KIA Soul and I had never thought of this particular vehicle for myself. After about a week of "sleeping-on-it, I ended up returning to see Mac and trading in my car for a Soul. I am pleased to say it fits my needs perfectly and my spouse actually enjoys taking the vehicle out as well! Thank you Mac for LISTENING to the customers needs-not just trying to put me into something you need to get out of your inventory. Dealers can learn from this, really Listen to what the customer is saying in order to get them into something they will be happy with for a long time..
