Very good experience I had been researching vehicles for months and narrowed my search down to the Kia Rondo. Kia of Brampton was the 3rd dealership I had visited with the I had been researching vehicles for months and narrowed my search down to the Kia Rondo. Kia of Brampton was the 3rd dealership I had visited with the intention of only test driving a pre-owned EX Luxury model. By the time I left the dealership, my wife and I were the new owners of a 2014 Kia Rondo after sitting down with the salesman, Ata Akber. He answered our questions very readily and was very friendly. We had a trade-in and everything went very smoothly. On delivery day, we just showed up in our trade-in, sat with the salesman for a couple of minutes just to finalize everything, transferred a few things from the trade-in to the newer car, and within 30mins we were on our way in our new Kia Rondo. They transferred the plates from our trade-in to the Rondo while we were finalizing the deal. No time was wasted. The experience was fantastic. More

I am 18 years old and I had been looking for my first vehicle and I finally found the right one at the Kia in Brampton. I am from Kingston ON and I had been looking for a vehicle for two months now. I had dealt with 6 other sales men from Kingston dealerships and when I met Neil from Kia in Brampton, I new that I could trust him and that he was honest in everything he was saying. My dad and I drove up the next day to test drive the vehicle and it was perfect. He was so professional and kind, he took the time to walk around the vehicle with me to show me what features it had, he showed me how to work all the interior and exterior features, he even took the time to help me adjust my seat and mirrors just so that when I pressed the gas for the first time, I would feel confident and comfortable. Today we drove up to Brampton to take the car home and he parked the car right out front, with a big red shinny bow on the hood. Him and I stood in front of the car and took a picture to capture the happy moment. He made experience so peaceful and easy.
