I did not feel pressured at all by Kevin, which is much different than my experience in the past with other dealers. Do not buy from Horrible. Purchased a used vehicle from them and within 7 months have had thousands of dollars in problems with it. Within days of buying I found out Horrible. Best dealership in town I purchased my previous truck from Ken Sargent, and when looking to upgrade it was my first stop on my shopping around tour. I was on the fence about I purchased my previous truck from Ken Sargent, and when looking to upgrade it was my first stop on my shopping around tour. I was on the fence about buying as my previous truck still had plenty of life left in it, and when I was in poking around I mentioned to James that I was in no rush to buy. Even with being a potential 'tire kicker' James still took the time to go through essentially every detail and feature on the truck I was looking at (2016 Sierra Denali). He knew the truck top to bottom, and had an honest, accurate answer for all of my questions. When I said I still wanted to poke around at the competition to see what was available, he even gave me some tips on things to look out for that dealers can do to inflate the value of my trade. When I decided I liked the truck and wanted to pull the trigger, the value I was offered for my trade-in I considered to be a bit low. I just had my truck in for about $1300 worth of maintenance, and he fought to get me a larger offer for my trade-in to make me happy with the deal and to get my value for the money I spent on that servicing. Alaa in financing was great to deal with as well, and this is now the second vehicle I've gotten the financing taken care of through him. He was very prompt about getting back to me, and all around great at what he does. When picking up the truck, it turned out that the accessories company that was used to get the tonneau cover gave me a different style of retractable cover than the one I specifically asked for. I think James was 10 times more pissed off about it than I was! In the end it wound up saving me $500 and the only appreciable difference is that it doesn't sit flush with the top of the box. On top of that, James even stayed late at the dealership well after closing to finish off the delivery and vehicle walk through with me, and there was no rush to it at all. All in all a fantastic experience and I highly recommend them to any one of my friends that is vehicle shopping. My only real complaint is with myself, for wasting a perfectly good Saturday poking around at other dealerships. More
