Dissatisfied is an understatement When I was looking at vehicles I was approached by a salesman Calvin Gunn, he asked what my must haves are. They were simple, I NEEDED a truck that wa When I was looking at vehicles I was approached by a salesman Calvin Gunn, he asked what my must haves are. They were simple, I NEEDED a truck that was able to pull my 24' holiday trailer! I WANtED a set of 20'wheels with good duratrac tires on it. Needless to say I got none of that! He sold me the truck that is meant for fuel mileage, NOT pulling a trailer, and told me they didn't have any of the wheels in stock so if I came back in a few weeks they would replace my wheels with what I wanted free of charge. So I went back to follow up on that... he had quit in the mean time!! I was highly disappointed with that. I contacted the sales manager again a couple months after my purchase ( when my family had our first camping trip) and explained my disappointment in the performance and lack of follow through in checking off my boxes of needs/wants. He told me I was SOL and he could just sell me a new truck! I now have a truck that I owe a lot of money on for the next 5 years that can't even pull an empty 24' trailer up a xxxx bunny hill without blasting out 5000 rpms and nearly coming to a complete stop half way up. It's dangerous, especially with my two kids in the back. Needless to say I won't be going back to Ken Sargent after buying 2 vehicles from them I am treated like this! Not Recommended! More

DON'T BUY ANYTHING i never recommend ken sergent to any one,they are liars.Its better to buy any used vehicles from some private sellers because they might be honest so i never recommend ken sergent to any one,they are liars.Its better to buy any used vehicles from some private sellers because they might be honest sometimes.i never seen such a xxxxty customer service in my life.I recently bought a used truck from these guys, truck has had some issues with its rear defrogger(they did not tell me about that repair when i bought it),very next week i went back to dealership to fix the problem and they said they found nothing wrong with it except a switch and they wont fix it.I was about to fix it somewhere else and they said there is nothing wrong with the switch and i had to spent 1500 to fix it..i tried to contact the used department manager toomany times but he never returned my call for 3 months.Finally i had a chance to talk to him once and he was really rude to me and they said it was alright when they sold me the truck, also he said he will talk to his machanic and give me a call.Its been another 3 months i heard nothing from him yet.SO PEOPLE IF YOU ARE BUYING ANY VEHICLE DOENT MATTER IT IS NEW OR USED DON'T GO TO THIS LIARS.THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM. Friendly, professional and transparent, great experience! I was looking for a particular truck and options and found it online at Ken Sargent, the only issue was I am in British Columbia and they are in Alber I was looking for a particular truck and options and found it online at Ken Sargent, the only issue was I am in British Columbia and they are in Alberta.. I sent an email through their Canada trader ad and Kevin responded promptly and quickly with the information I was looking for. Over the next couple days Kevin did a great job of supplying me with photos, inspection reports and a car fax to make me as comfortable as possible with a long distance purchase. We agreed on a price and a deposit was given, but I was unable to make it out their way for 3 weeks due to schedule conflicts, they agreed to hold the truck for me and make sure it was ready to go when I flew in. Once I was in Grand Prairie I was picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership where they treated me well, had the truck ready to go and all paperwork prepared. The whole process took under an hour once I was there due to all the leg work they did beforehand, it was much appreciated. Everyone was friendly and made the purchase enjoyable instead of pressured and taken advantage of like many other dealerships do. After an 1,100km trip home my new truck is running great and has since passed a provincial inspection without any issue, couldn't ask for anything more. If you're looking for an honest dealership that's ready to go the extra mile for your purchase than Ken Sargent is the place to go, I would have no issue recommending them to everyone I know.
