Awful Service Desk reps I brought my Ford Focus in for it's 6 months service, and had an awful experience with Brad behind the service counter. This is not my first time inte I brought my Ford Focus in for it's 6 months service, and had an awful experience with Brad behind the service counter. This is not my first time interacting with him and I don't appreciate how he treated me, belittling me, talking in a demeaning manner, and making me feel like a silly child. When I asked about whether or not something had been checked during the service, he was very pointed in his response that 'No of course not' because that wasn't part of the service, and if I wanted something specific checked I had to request it. Which I understand in part, however, the whole reason I take my car to a mechanic is because they are supposed to know what needs to be done on the car and when. I don't need a mechanic to tell me my tires are in good condition when I just bought them last year, but I would appreciate them telling me if I need to replace the cabin filter or not... I also asked them to check my transmission as it's been shuttering when I shift between gears, and he said that everything was working just fine. But when I asked to see the results of the test he said 'Well... if I showed you the results, would you even understand them?!?!' Now, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not the most car savvy, but that's for me to decide and not him. I didn't appreciate his tone of voice, or how unhelpful he was. He also said that although the transmission appears fine now, that's not to say in a week or two it won't act up again... which will be perfect timing for when my warranty is up. So I'd say, no this service was not helpful, nor friendly. I won't be returning to Ford Lincoln again. More

Bad service reps I've always owed a ford and usually dealt with Kelowna Orchard Ford , great dealership and people. There front end staff are great but since having to deal with the service end, these people don't know the meaning of customer service , except Brad. Terry and the young lady are all about themselves! Just give me a minute or two I'm busy ' doing nothing but shuffle papers, pulling paper clips and trying to look busy while making you wait ?!?! Then if you have anything other than normal service they will argue with you about it probably being nothing, like it costs them money to check it out. If your going to get service at Kelowna Ford Lincoln ask or wait for Brad, he's the rep to see. More

Abandoned work Crew! We have a leased F150 with Ford Lincoln since 2014. Upon driving the work crew up by Brenda Mines to build windmills for electricity,a tire popped. Called roadside assistance who stated an hour. 4 hours later I arrive at Ford Lincoln for them to tell me they cannot change my tire to my spare because they're to busy. I told them ''I have an abandoned crew to pick up'' & they told me to call a tow truck and have my truck towed across the street and change the tire myself. ***I leased this truck(from Ford Lincoln) for work & my family due to the safety and extras. I was left stranded in a parking lot with a broken down truck & an abandoned work crew up a logging road in the heat. Also the crew had no cell service. Thank you Ford Lincoln. Aug 4, 2016 More

worst service ever!!! I literally have never had such a bad experience with any one anywhere!! One of the worst service departments ever, while fixing our truck, they destroyed our stereo, and am still waiting to hear from the company regarding whether or not they will fix it, or even that they will accept fault. So frustrated. Will drive to another town for service if I need it!!! More
