Having purchased a lemon at this dealership I spent several years constantly taking it in for repairs. Sales and Service employees were always very friendly and helpful, with Kirsten being most accomm several years constantly taking it in for repairs. Sales and Service employees were always very friendly and helpful, with Kirsten being most accommodating and always went out of her way to help relieve some of the frustrations this car was causing. The last time it was in for repair however, it was there for 10 days. It was returned to me still not repaired, and I was told the mechanic could not find the problem. After questioning why there was just under 300 kms. put on the car while in for repairs, (apparently the mechanic needed to take it home to Westbank,) I received an extremely nasty and disrespectful phone call at my workplace from the General Manager, Gord Hayes. He ranted at me that "I wasn't appreciative" that the mechanic took my car home, on his own time, to test drive it. The call lasted several minutes, and without him even allowing me to speak. The conversation ended with him telling me that he would no longer service my vehicle and that I should take it to Vancouver or Calgary! Prior to dealing with Gord Hayes, I would have considered purchasing again at this dealership. However, as long as he is the general manager, it's the last place I would buy or ever recommend. I now understand why there is such a large turnover of staff there. I have since sold the lemon and purchased a new vehicle elsewhere. More
Kirsten has been very good and has been a strong influence on us reccomending other people to the dealership. I will say that we have not had any problems or issues and have always been greeted with influence on us reccomending other people to the dealership. I will say that we have not had any problems or issues and have always been greeted with a smile. Kirsten is a keeper. We ffel as though it is easy to complain but from what I have seen this dealership is top notch. More
I took me car in to diagnose a Check Engine Light. The initial visit was fantastic. They got me in without an appointment and spent a fair bit of time investigating the porblem. However, upon picking the initial visit was fantastic. They got me in without an appointment and spent a fair bit of time investigating the porblem. However, upon picking the vehicle up, I noticed a big (about 3 in x 1 in) strip of paint hanging off the front bumper. This is where things took a turn for the worse. I immediately informed the dealership of the problem. Kirsten passed the information on to the service manager. This was the last time anybody responded to one of my calls or emails for about 10 days. Every time I tried to get a solution to the problem, I was told somebody would be in touch with me. Nobody would ever call or email me back. I eventually went to the dealership manager, Gord Hayes. As somebody in a previous review also stated, he quickly went to the assertion that there was no evidence one way or the other as to whether the vehicle was damaged before it came it to the dealership, and called it a "He said / she said" situation. This dealership is a member of the Brian Johnston Auto Group in Kelowna. I'll be going to both them and BMW Canada to seek resolution on this problem. More

The experience with David Stratton on my new X3 was fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional and courteous. David took the time to explain the vehicle, what has changed and about the dealer fantastic. From start to finish, he was professional and courteous. David took the time to explain the vehicle, what has changed and about the dealership. I have read several opinions on this dealership and feel like it is all about who you deal with. David has obviously been serving customers for years and knows what real customer service is all about. I highly reccomend him and the dealership. I feel like it is easy to complain but nobody seems to provide enough praise when things are done right. More
The worst service I have ever received from a BMW dealership. I am from the lower mainland and these guys just take advantage of them being the only dealership in the Okanagan. I needed a loaner car dealership. I am from the lower mainland and these guys just take advantage of them being the only dealership in the Okanagan. I needed a loaner car and was told that there is a 30 dollar a day fee, never heard of this before from any other dealership but they worst part was that they told me it came directly from BMW Canada. When i contacted BMW Canada i was told that they do not deal with the loaner cars its on the dealership. But being the only dealership in the area i had to take my car in. I was hearing a crackle from my front speakers, took it in and was told there was no issue and got charged for the first time ever for a BMW dealership looking at an issue (my car is still under its full factory warranty) but it was clear that there was an issue so when i took the car in to my regular BMW Dealership a couple weeks later, without an appointment they sent their foreman out to listen and he noticed the issue. Booked me in right away and replaced both my front speakers because they were blown. Only time I have ever been to the dealership and am completely annoyed with the service i received, have been going to BMW dealerships for years and my experience was never less than great, amazing customer service every time, except for BMW Kelowna, and when I asked about the 30 dollar fee, I received a rude answer and was not happy especially because my car is under full warranty and there was clearly an issue that BMW Langley was able to fix for me right away. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone you are better off driving three and a half hours to Langley BMW in the lower-mainland than bringing your car in here. More

Kelowna BMW had a used Acura MDX for sale when I was 6 months pregnant with my third child. It was the exact car we were looking for and couldn't find another one locally so we jumped on it, even though i months pregnant with my third child. It was the exact car we were looking for and couldn't find another one locally so we jumped on it, even though it was priced too high ($3,000 over a similar vehicle in Vancouver). We were told that the tires were fine, just expensive, high performance tires when my husband commented that they needed to be replaced. We were never shown where the key to the locking lug nuts were, the wireless headphones, or anything else. Within a week we noticed something was seriously wrong with the suspension, but we were too scared to look into it further. At this time white little dog hairs started coming out of EVERYWHERE! They were flying into my kids faces when we turned the fan on! We washed the car twice and discovered that the decent condition of the paint on the car was a joke...this car looked like it was driven through thick brush- repeatedly! We had the car 3 months when I brought it to my mechanic. The rear shocks were leaking, tires were almost bald, and the front right wheel had some severe problem- but we couldn't get the wheel off without the key- so we called Kelowna BMW. Apparently they had noted the leaking shocks on their inspection report... but thought they would sell it as is (shocks are over $1,000 a piece). I talked to Ryan Wicks, he didn't seem to think that replacing the rear shocks would help, but if I wanted to do it, they would give me a discount on labour and only charge me cost on the shocks (which he priced over $200 higher than true cost). He blamed the tire wear on the fact that I had put 8,ooo kms on the vehicle. Apparently tires wear 30% in 8,000 kms in his world. I brought my car in to the service department and everyone there completely ignored me while I stood there waiting for help with my very upset baby. They had my car 5 hours and hadn't taken it for a test drive yet when I tried to pick it up. When I complained to Ryan, he blamed my for bringing it in when he was on holidays. He is a condescending sales person that should never be allowed to represent a company when dealing with clients. Every time I got off the phone with him I was shaking and near tears. I took my car into Acura for them to look at it, and I was told not to drive in the rain with my tires the way they were. My front strut was shot, and my rear shocks were leaking very badly. I was looking at a $8,000 repair bill.Minimum. This car has caused me more stress, lost sleep and aggravation than any other factor in my life (and I have 3 kids under the age of 4!) I have now had the car 8 months and the rear shocks are completely shot, my tires are bald, the car smells like mould if it isn't driven for a day, the paint looks like xxxx, and I'm very angry. Interestingly, I have since learned that this dealership has a horrendous reputation and the well-to-do in our community usually go to Vancouver to buy a BMW in order to avoid Kelowna BMW. More
Sold a worn out car to me, I was told the car had been inspected and passed with flying colors, Soon after I had to replace the transmission, injectors, clutch, clutch master cylinder, pressure plate, bra inspected and passed with flying colors, Soon after I had to replace the transmission, injectors, clutch, clutch master cylinder, pressure plate, brake pads, and other internal parts. Very bad service from the General Manager... I pursued the problem with him and he said " There's nothing I can do for you, that's how business works, please leave". Needless to say Jessel BMW will now get not only all my business but my friends as well. Worst business people I've ever met, but I came out of that situation a lot smarter and will be more prepared next time incase this happens again. They were friendly at first. Until they got thier money Horrible More
