My 2021 Ford Explorer was having some electronic issues. I called Ford and they asked me to bring my vehicle in. This was on a Saturday. They kept my vehicle as no Codes were coming up and the service tech I called Ford and they asked me to bring my vehicle in. This was on a Saturday. They kept my vehicle as no Codes were coming up and the service tech was worried it was not safe to drive. I went over to see the Manager on the sales side (Jeff). He gave us a vehicle to use until we could get the problem figured out and fixed. They had my vehicle for 12 days and during that time Rachelle kept me in the loop with what was happening. When I went in to get my vehicle back, everyone involved wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Great service all around. Makes hiccups like these a lot easier to deal with. Sure glad we bought from Kamloops Ford lincoln. You guys have an AMAZING TEAM!!!!!! More

He listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to thoroughly explain the repairs needed and the options available to me. Throughout the process, Wes remained in constant communication with me, keeping me informed of the progress and providing updates on the estimated time of completion. He even went out of his way to accommodate my busy schedule and made sure that I was able to pick up my car at a time that worked for me.
