Phenomenal Service! I was totally blow away. When I arrived at the dealership on Monday at noon, Shane, the service manager, who I didn't know, came out to greet me -- and already knew what servi When I arrived at the dealership on Monday at noon, Shane, the service manager, who I didn't know, came out to greet me -- and already knew what service I was there for...a problem in the rear-end drive train. I was impressed -- and told him so. I thought my problem was going to take a while to solve, but three hours later I got a call saying the problem had been identified and the part ordered from Edmonton -- and it would be in Kamloops on Wednesday. On Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. the phone rang and it was Kamloops Ford telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. How was that possible? I've never had service like that before, ever! My vehicle is back to normal -- and I'm as happy as a clam. And because it was still under warranty, there was no charge! It doesn't get any better than that. Two big "thumbs up" from me!!! More

Had an issue with my SUV rear windows opening intermittently. Ordered new parts from Lincoln, Waited couple months, sent wrong wiring harness, Shane reordered. Waited for parts still no harness. intermittently. Ordered new parts from Lincoln, Waited couple months, sent wrong wiring harness, Shane reordered. Waited for parts still no harness. Check on issues Quick lube had indicated Had Oil change done at a quick lube they tried to up sell me and also indicating another leak. I called Ford and had them verify the issues which were Had Oil change done at a quick lube they tried to up sell me and also indicating another leak. If there was an express lube I would look at getting oil change done at dealership, just don't have the time with no courier shuttle available at this time. More
