I was very pleased with Melissa's friendly customer service and the dealership's frequent follow ups. Melissa was very patient during my assessment and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision. After purchasing my first car in March 2015, I brought in my father in November 2015 who decided to purchase a Dodge Journey 2016. One reason I recommended Johnston Chrysler to my father is because of the positive experience I had with this dealership and with Ms. M. Johnson in particular. I will definitely consider them again when I decide to renew my car in the future. More

Any question we ask for the details for the car we were looking for. .Even when there was a lot of frustration from upper management I think his name was Sandy, try to forget ,it he was rude and no compassion. Lauren is so persuasive to make this deal happen, if not for her , I was willing to go to other dealership to buy. Poor customer service, very lengthy process Sales staff felt inexperienced, was always about whats the right price, would not take our feedback. They did something funny with the finances respective to our trade in which had us paying more than we should have. More

Quick service on short notice. I am required to store my car for winter. Contacted Johnston service desk and was told I could come in right away. They were friendly and very quick to service my vehicle. I want to thank them all for a great job done. Very satisfied and would recommend them to all. More
Unfortunate service, price gouging, repeated visits, problem Overcharging for diagnostics, repeated visits to fix the same problem which never fully got fixed, and rookie errors resulting in 4 trips to the shop Overcharging for diagnostics, repeated visits to fix the same problem which never fully got fixed, and rookie errors resulting in 4 trips to the shop in 7 days left me completely unimpressed. This bad service finally came to a head to the point of my wife wanting a car from a different company. We are so elated to be gone from Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge. I would recommend you stay clear of this dealership's shop. Wish I could recommend an alternative, but the other Chrysler dealership's shop in the area had our GPS go "missing" during a routine maintenance appointment... More
