Awful experience with Sarah small @Johnbear Saint Catharines! She was puzzled about some of the most basic information we asked for on 3 separate vehicles we were interested in! Clearly once the is made all the service promises mean very little it would seem. If I had bought a cheap or old Vehicle I can fully understand things may not work but a $34000 ,3 year Cadillac i expect it to be operating fully.the spare key fob which i received a week after the sale frankly looks like its been in a war zone .
