Compared to the Chevrolet Dealer in Alpharetta, Vladimir and JimEllis are a 15 on a scale of 10. I bought my car at Jim Ellis, a great experience! However I live 20 miles away. I’ve been trying (oh so many visits) to use another Chevy dealer who was closer for service and I’ve been screwed every time. From now on I’m going the 20 miles to get honest good service.
