"Go to Cheniers in Timmins"

If you did not buy it here, do Not come here. They tried to sell me the wrong oil for my Ecodiesel. Chrysler put out a bulletin in 2016 to switch oil from 5w-30 to 5w-40 full synthetic. I told the parts lady wrong oil when she put the Pennzoil 5w-30 on the counter. So she wanted my Vin and looked it up. Found out now in 2018 that they changed the oil requirements. xxx Findlays! Good thing I did not bring my truck in for its first oil change. Even around town people here won't bring their vehicle here to get fixed. It's pathetic.

"Crooks"

I had my dodge repaired at Findlay motors in matheson Ontario. I was quoted a price of $1158.47 that included al, parts and labor by the Kara Leah the service manager, which she turned out to be a liar. When I went to pick my vehicle up she was not there, so the parts manager made the bill it was $1699.65, what a differences? He said that was the price and that was that, another crook. I went to talk to the owner she said she didn't override her employees, I guess not she gained $500.00 she's another crook. I would never bring my dodge to their place of business again, what a bunch crooks and liars. I also called Chrysler they are the same as the dealer won't help at all. I have driven dodge most of my life, I am currently looking at another vehicle make and model, not a dodge, and I will tell all my friends and relatives also anyone I meet on the crookedness of this dealership. "Worse Service No integrity and overcharging dealer!"

i had brought my 2010 Dodge Caravan SXT which was purchased there because i saw all their advertising about Integrity and such. Well let me tell you its all about the money and nothing else. I had my vehicle towed there for a no start issue plus i had a burnt signal light and my wipers didn't work. Well i am a patient person waited 2 weeks for them to call me back and they kept saying we are busy etc.. so finally they call and say you need a new electronic box. This will be about 1000$ i said i trust you and let them do it. A week later they call to say its all ready to go. I take the day off because its a remote location. Let me tell you the bill was 2500. I was like omg. Do my thing get my keys they say its out back. Well now jump in the van turn the key now blue smoke comes out barely starts. Check wipers dont work, Check signal not fixed. Go up to counter and ask what they did. Well they realize no one read the WO because of the issues. He pulls my van in takes the mechanic off his job. Did not punch out for time on the other vehicle. They fix it backyard mechanic style. 1 hour later i am off. The worse ride of my life. So many engine issues plus all the lights in my dash are now on which the dealer said that is how it is nothing wrong. OMG cant get over this. Called DODGE they said its a dealer issue and brushed me off. I parked the vehicle for a while thinking it will cost me thousands. Well one day call the closest independent garage they tow it cause it didn't start. Call me back one hour later and say we fixed it. Bad connection we replaced the part. Cost me $300 with the tow. Never worked better. What am i to do. Well from a loyal Dodge customer to now an owner of a brand new NISSAN. No more backyard service from JACK FINDLAY MOTORS!

"Terrible servicei"

I own a 2014 jeep grand cherokee - very expensive vehicle with only 41k kms on it. Since we have moved to n ont, i have had it serviced here 2x. Both times i have had a long trip south right after service. BOTH times i ve had to rent a vehicle to get to my destination. Will NEVER go here again. Last time, just an oil change and tire rotation and visual inspection under hood - took over 2 hrs - had an appt 2 wks in advance. Didn t even fill my washer fluid and scooped my licence plate cover & stainless steel bolts - and then denied it. Had them put my renewal licence sticker on. "Integrity is still in style" -NOT!! "Massive inventory" - NOT. And leo is arrogant to boot!!

"Horrible service "

Stopped as we travelling threw Matheson with a car that was shacking badly. They told us well what do u want us to do about it. Thate 'a the last thing u want to hear when u are experiencing car trouble with 2 little ones in the back seat. They sent us back out on the hwy dangerously. Thanks for putting our lives at risk jack Findlay motors.
