The Service staff was reluctant to assist me with my warranty problem. I had to insist on bringing the car for them to look at and was told they couldn't repair until the next day due to delivery of parts. I brought the car back 7:30am the next morning as directed by the service manager.
I told the staff, both Rob and Nicole that I would wait, since I had to get out of town that afternoon for an important meeting. My car was taken in for the repairs at 8:00am and completed at 11:00am. The car sat in the lot until 11:30am when it was taken down for an alignment due to the repairs performed. This is where I have the issue with courtesy from the staff. My car did not return until 4:00pm that afternoon!!!! 5 hours after the repairs were completed. Not once did the staff offer any information without me first going and asking why so long! I had to ask several times with no acceptable answer! Neither Rob or Nicole said they were sorry for the long delays throughout the entire time!!!
I ended up sitting in the service waiting area for 8 1/2 hours, missed my meeting and had to pay for some of the repair costs that I believe should have been covered by the warranty! The attitude of the staff was totally unacceptable throughout the entire day!!!
