Salesman Ed is awesome. My sales man was awesome at making sure I got to purchase my truck and it wasn't sold to the other guy who was lined up to purchase it that day. We test drove several cars over several visits and Aaron did not hesitate to change his schedule several times to accommodate ours. There were no high pressure sales tactics or games with this salesman or dealership. Delivery of our vehicle was ahead of schedule and we received the car nicely detailed and road worthy. However, after several weeks, a few mechanical issues presented themselves (it is a used car afterall). Nicole at the JP Motors service center was very prompt in having our truck repaired for us at no cost and without hesitation. This level of after sales service is beyond my expectations and for this very reason I recommend JP Motors. More

Close call... I had several recommendations for this dealership, before actually buy a vehicle from them (my son bought a car, and paid cash). I went to look at th I had several recommendations for this dealership, before actually buy a vehicle from them (my son bought a car, and paid cash). I went to look at the particular vehicle he was interested in, with 2 friends, and would report back to him, and he'd make his decision, based on our findings. There were at least 2 things that changed, in 24 hours (when I went with my son the next day, to make the purchase official, and sign the paperwork. The first day when we looked at it, the front tires were measured for depth, and we were told that they'd be replaced, as they were at the wear bars. The rear cargo cover also was broken; the very last thing we were told was that if it was going to be a deal breaker, it'd be replaced. The very next day, when filling out the paperwork, the salesman re-measured the tires (not sure why he was going to do that again), and we were told that they'd pass, and wouldn't be replaced. Also, the cargo cover wouldn't be replaced. This is also when we found out that there was only 1 key ($250-$300 to get a second copy). The salesman said that this was a great deal, and that someone else would buy the car, if we wanted to back out. I said this had left a bad taste in my mouth, and if it was me, I'd walk away from the deal. There was a similar car at another dealership, with less miles (not the colour my son had wanted though); JP's car was a fair price.....not a fantastic deal, but I was there because I had heard that their service, etc., was reliable, and trustworthy. My son decided to go through with the deal (what 18 year old would walk away from a car he liked?). During the time it took to get the car ready for pickup, I called JP to voice my concerns (I believe I talked to a Joanne). I was told the next day, that all of my concerns would be addressed, and taken care of. And they were. I was so glad, for my son especially, that this came to fruitition. It also restored my faith in what I had heard about this dealership, and would in fact give them a chance on my next vehicle purchase. The salesman was very nice initially, on the first look at the car, and was as well the next day, until the actual signing. We live a good hour away from this dealership; we obviously were there for a reason, and I was very disappointed at first, but then felt better about the whole thing when it was all said and done. I would therefore, as I said, consider JP when looking for my next vehicle. Word of mouth is so important these days; I'm not sure of the saying, but realistically, I might tell 10 people that I like a certain restaurant, or whatever, but I'll tell at least that, and probably more, when I don't.
