No spare key Do not buy cars from jp motors....was told when I bought my car it had a spare key but had to be sent to the finance company as per regulation....well Do not buy cars from jp motors....was told when I bought my car it had a spare key but had to be sent to the finance company as per regulation....well I paid it off within 2 years and the key they sent my finance company was a totally different key and the reason being is so jpmotors doesn't get charged $300.....so now I get stuck paying for it...I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone. Please share this More

My father and I felt very comfortable and welcome at all times and were encouraged to ask any questions upfront to clarify any concerns that we had. Very transparent, open and friendly environment and practices. Connie went the extra mile to find the best financing options for us. We left feeling that each person we communicated with genuinely cared and wanted to help us get the car we wanted and that they were willing to work hard to help us. Everyone was very respectful, kind and professional. Almost a month later and we are still very happy with our vehicle! Cheating AD's, Unpleasant Visit, and bad customer service. I have seen an AD for Pathfinder at JP Motor during the weekend. I called their showroom in 4195 Fairview St which is 1 hour drive from me. Before I g I have seen an AD for Pathfinder at JP Motor during the weekend. I called their showroom in 4195 Fairview St which is 1 hour drive from me. Before I go I talked to Sales over the phone and confirmed the car availability and the options/package. Upon his confirmation I drove all the way there with my 1 year old baby. Once arrived, I was surprised to see a different car. I told the sales guy that this is not the car I saw, he said no this is the one. I showed him the AD and reminded him about our phone call, he said coldly "ya whatever, maybe it's a typo mistake in the AD!!!"....Cant do anything for you, I didn't put the AD myself someone else did so it is not my mistake. I never expected that from a big dealer. The worst is not the wrong AD, but the reaction to that. I could easily be treated well and I was very welling to take the car. Now I would never go there again or advise anyone to do. I drove all the way to see a lower option car with higher price. Overall, my trip was very unpleasant and the I didn't feel welcomed at all. We found a car on the lot that seemed perfect....Steve helped us feel very comfortable making the final decision to purchase. If the other salespeople at JP Motors are anything like Steve, you will have nothing but a positive experience! More
My JP Motors experience I found a truck I wanted. Started the financing processe . I was told 525 a month on the phone but when I went in it was 556 a month. The truck had a I found a truck I wanted. Started the financing processe . I was told 525 a month on the phone but when I went in it was 556 a month. The truck had a dent it took about a week to fix. The bumper had the licence plate moved to the side to hide a missing peice of plastic (didn't notice till at home). They added a warrenty that I didn't want on, then said ,if I try to do the application again I could loose the financing. We did the financing again this time they added nitrogen tires, I didn't want to do the application again so I just took the hit. The paper work when I went to pick up had the wrong truck on it. They charged me 389 brokerage fee plus all the others. My rate went up because I didn't take the warrenty. They had the wrong address on the paper work. They did not like me asking questions at all, to the point of me getting attitude back. I got the truck I wanted but it was a bit of a headache. I won't be doing business with them again because I feel they where trying to weasel money out of the deal. Hopefully nothing goes wrong with the truck and I won't have to deal with them again. My advice is, if they have a vehicle you want finance through the bank if you can. Steve the sales guy was fine it was all David. Update.... 5 days later. The low air presume sensor was on when we looked at the truck it was supposed to be fixed. JP motors just filled the tire with air to turn it off ....there is a screw in it. I have a warrenty that covers this but it should have been fixed before. I will update on how they handle the problem.I left a message on 04/04/2016.Tire was plugged because I had a warrenty for it.New problem, rear drivers side door does not lock unless pushed manually More
