I do have to qualify and say that this is my first experience in buying a used car, and the first purchase that was not from a dealer (with factory backup). That being said, I could not have been happier with your customer service, prep, delivery and follow up. I answered an ad on the internet, , who knows what or who you are going to get (Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware) Well, to my delight, I ended up with a fine, straight up gentleman by the name of Tom Cielecki. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating. His word was good, in fact better than good. While I know that this car would not have sat for a long time on your lot, I did not feel any pressure. However, Tom seems to be one of those credible people who you feel confident that he knows his business and his clients. He would be the first person that I would call or recommend. For example, he assured me that the car would be inspected thoroughly and if there we any deficiencies, they would correct them. Although no one said a word the car appears to have new back brakes, an oil change, and I don't know what else but came delivered spotless and in good order . .there was even half a tank of gas. The contract and papers were drawn up by a delightful and charming young lady by the name of Stella Roeder. She made the details all fall in place. Her attention to detail and experience made it feel like a piece of cake. She too was a delight to deal with. Stella arranged a delivery time and date. An equally charming delivery team , led by Krista, phoned to confirm the time. The car was ready, clean, and waiting in front. They took my plates, put them on while we signed the papers and I was on my way! I thought, that was that, then I received a great 'thank you' letter from Tom, and then your kind follow up. My First Car Experience!! At the time, I had looked all over for my specific car, year, make, model, and color. I literally drove over an hour past Toronto looking for one I th At the time, I had looked all over for my specific car, year, make, model, and color. I literally drove over an hour past Toronto looking for one I thought was the one but I left disappointed. On that same day a friend of mine who also purchased his first car from JP told me to check them out and luckily they were still open that Saturday evening. One of the employees helped me out with getting me in the car and test driving it and as soon as I hit the road, I absolutely knew I was driving my car!! The paper work then ensued but Connie and co. made sure I was taken care of and everything went smoothly. In one week (due to insurance effectiveness date) I had and was driving my car!! I absolutely love it, my friends and family love it and I couldn't be any happier with the way I was treated and taken care of. I highly recommend JP and I wouldn't change my experience, my first car experience not one bit! More

No spare key Do not buy cars from jp motors....was told when I bought my car it had a spare key but had to be sent to the finance company as per regulation....well Do not buy cars from jp motors....was told when I bought my car it had a spare key but had to be sent to the finance company as per regulation....well I paid it off within 2 years and the key they sent my finance company was a totally different key and the reason being is so jpmotors doesn't get charged $300.....so now I get stuck paying for it...I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone. Please share this More
