I'm very sorry that you are so frustrated with JP Motors, and the service you received. We made every attempt to fix the issues that your presented us while within your warranty period. At this time, we are unable to fix, or address, free or charge, or under a warranty that has been expired for so long. While I understand this may be upsetting to you, we have policies that we must adhere to, and feel that it is reasonable to enact such policies after this amount of time and with no pre-existing issues.

I apologize for the confusion regarding my explanation; please allow me to be more clear. April 14, 2016 You reported excessive smoke from exhaust. We asked you to monitor as it was thought to be caused by sitting in the lot. You never again mentioned this, so that issue was solved. Rattling near bottom of rear window - Mechanic road tested the vehicle with you in the car, and neither you nor the mechanic could identify this issue. Feels "rough" when going over bumps on driver's side - Again, event not repeatable on road test with you present. Inspection on hoist did not result in an evidence of complaint. April 29, 2016 Rattling noise at low speeds (60kmh) - Exhaust and suspension checked. No lose or broken parts. Check front/drivers side tire. Possible leak. - Tire soaked in leak detector, no leak present. May 5, 2016 Driver's front door rattling - Removed door panel to inspect. Components behind door are secure and in place. Re-attach support bars more securely. Tightened trunk lid latch and stops. _______________________________________________________________________ This list concludes all service visits, and the details of each, by you to JP Motors. As you can see, all issues you have mentioned were addressed to the best of our ability. Many of these issues were not able to be shown to our mechanics while you were present with them. All others issues were properly addressed. As has already been mentioned to you, alignment is not a part of a Safety Standards Certificate, and your tires passed safety at the time of sale. Given these facts, it should be clear that every accommodation was made, however no mechanic can fix a problem that isn't present. At you own admission, you took the vehicle to the Hyundai Dealership twice, and they could find no issue either. While I understand your viewpoint, and the fact that you are upset at having to replace tires for your vehicle, none of your frustrations are the result of wrong doing by JP Motors, or its employees.
