We were pleased with the inventory and selection along with the friendliness and knowledge of all employees we dealt with in the purchase of our van. We asked for a quick delivery and they were able to come through as requested which made us even more pleased. More

First new car Bought my first new to me car at JP motors. After picking the car i wanted i worked for a week with finanace to get an awesome price and warranty which her and her boss truly went above and beyond which was so relieving. My only upset was the car lingo and finance lingo I didnt understand as it was my first time. But when I told them that they were quick to (let's say dumb it down for me) which was perfect. So my only real disappointment was my car wasnt clean :( I believe maybe a wipe was done but when you buy newer you want clean clean. I was wiping grease from inside panels the outside wasnt nice and the rims very sad. Other then that great experiance. More

Prfessional and courteous service My husband and I were looking for a truck for him as he uses it for his work. We first met with Henry Sterezewski the sales person. Henry was friendly, not pushy and went out his way to accommodate us after ending his shift for the day. We chose an 2013 GMC Sierra. When picking up our truck it looked great and in fact had all 4 tires replaced. (Might have been Henry who arranged that..not sure). Keith Johnston the Delivery Consultant had everything in order for us making the finalization of the truck a breeze. Very friendly gentleman as well. The only misstep which prevents me from giving a 5 star was the ashtray was full of cigarette butts. And the lock on the cap was broken. Our fault I guess for not checking that out but since it was unlocked on both occasions including when we picked up the truck. That should have been an easy inexpensive fix for the dealer. All said I would recommend J.P. Motors and specifically Henry Sterezewski. More
