Excellence in all areas of my purchase. I had previously heard of "JP Motors" but I had never stopped in before. My experience right from my first phone call with the receptionist ... to I had previously heard of "JP Motors" but I had never stopped in before. My experience right from my first phone call with the receptionist ... to the first minute when I walked in ... to when I picked up my vehicle later was AAA !! ...and when I pick up the vehicle it was absolutely spotless ! I also received (to my surprise) a very comprehensive inspection report and invoice ($0 balance) from the service guys showing all the areas that were checked and items replaced for the certification. I was expressing interest in a vehicle, and decided not to purchase it, as I was unsatisfied with the financial options that they provided. My refusal to purchase lead them to harass me - not one staff member, but 3 all calling me! AND refusing to return a deposit when they couldn't follow through on their end with the appropriate finance terms. OH - and when they say their prices are final - that's complete BS - they tried to come back with other prices when I refused their financing proposal. No thanks - this is a company that creates a terrible reputation for used car dealerships. More
