i've heard a lot of negative comments about dealerships ( like how they like to hood wink you, sell you items that already comes with the car ) i've never bought a new car before, actually this was the first like how they like to hood wink you, sell you items that already comes with the car ) i've never bought a new car before, actually this was the first time that i went into a dealership to buy a car. when i went into hyundai gabriel on st-jacques, i met arsene, @ first i was a bit apprehensive but after about 5 mins conversation i was convinced that here is where i was going to do business.arsene was very professional ( smooth operator ). he even picked the colour of my hyundai kona for me. "now i'm extremely happy with my kona". another person of interest is york khoury, talk about a down to earth guy ( he's the man ). after i received the keys from arsene, i got in on the drivers side ,york got in the front, my wife & arsene got in the back. york patiently explain all the features of the kona to me & if i didn't understand something he'll go over it again. example, blue link. all of this was done in the parking lot after i drove the kona out of the show room. to put it mildly, i'm a very happy & satisfied customer.. tyrone...
