Brought in my bf's Tucson in May for AC problems. He purchased it in December 2020 and while he's purchased the extended warranty, Hyundai refused to cover this issue.
After many arguments with upper management and them not acknowledging that when you purchase a used vehicle it should be in functional condition, I felt like they were not helpful at all.
Lack of transparency, lack of honesty and the audacity to say that if we were good clients, they might have reimbursed the fees. As well as bringing it in for a recall and them telling me they did not have the part either.
Horrible customer experience!
Safe to say I have warned many on staying away from this dealership as they will be fooled into thinking they will be receiving quality service.
