Clean shampoo suv I brought in my Tucson for a shampoo and wash. When I picked it up after work I assumed it was all clean. Upon the next day I noticed that all my win I brought in my Tucson for a shampoo and wash. When I picked it up after work I assumed it was all clean. Upon the next day I noticed that all my windows where not cleaned properly with the reflection of the sunlight everything showed. All dried up water spots on all windows ...the carpets were cleaned. But the windows and some water spots on the car where left. Now I do understand that this was done for me for Free but seriously is this how you return a vehicle to a customer. Guess at times it just goes to prove that DEALERSHIPS are fast and smooth talkers when it comes to SELLING but as for the rest once we the customer leave the dealership we are just a nobody ...but thank you for your $$$$. Just one more thing this comment has nothing to do with the service rep who was in charge of my file but mostly on the service manager. You guys need to step up Thank you More
