I purchased my venue 2 years ago and was very happy with the service I received from Jacques. I recently went for a tire and oil change and am always well served by Paul. The first time I went for to change my oil, the service was A+. I even raved about it to my family and friends. But the second time, that wasn’t the case. I waited over 30 min in line only to be disappoin was A+. I even raved about it to my family and friends. But the second time, that wasn’t the case. I waited over 30 min in line only to be disappointed when I got to the front desk. I was told when I booked my appointment that there was a promo—$127.95 plus tax for my oil change and inspection + they would change my tires if they were on rim. But, the lady at the front desk said whoever told me that was mistaken and there was an extra $50 charge for tire change. I didn’t argue with her but I very disappointed that the staff isn’t on the same page. It’s frustrating. On top of that, no one called me to tell me my car was ready. I hope my next service appointment is better (if I decide to go back to Hyundai Gabriel). More
