Bad experience I went there for oil change. They offered complementary car rinse. I was happy at first. After the service was done my car's paint was chipped when i I went there for oil change. They offered complementary car rinse. I was happy at first. After the service was done my car's paint was chipped when i told them they totally denied and tried to argue that it was there from before. I didnt go to these small shops to get oil change done for cheaper and made sure to go to honda to be safe but this is what i got. More

Taking forever, never coming back. Straight forward. The worst service ever. Once came to get my car fixed (manufacture defect) then I waited 5 hours but it turned out they couldn’t fix Straight forward. The worst service ever. Once came to get my car fixed (manufacture defect) then I waited 5 hours but it turned out they couldn’t fix the car due to no parts. Basically I waited for nothing. And today, I came at around 11 am and waited about 4hours to get it fixed. They mentioned 1-2hours. I am enough with xxxxxxxxx. Never coming back. Their attitude have changed after the purchase of the car. The service is xxxx. Nobody seemed to try to help to solve the problem or at least make the customer feel comfortable. Only word they said was “they are working on it” Not only I am mad but also feel that nobody should treated this way. While waiting, I saw a woman who were about to leave after the serivce and I asked how long did it take, she also said that employee said 2 hours but she actually waited 4 hours. All the customers other than the buyers are experiencing this crappy service. This is all I wanted to say. Do the right serivce, we were also once a buyers. Lastly, I still haven’t received my car so I cannot rate the quality of work. More

Honda will share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Sisley Honda. Everything went smoothly until post-sale. I had used my cell phone number as the contact number for our purchase which was made under my wife's name. A few weeks after purchase I began receiving junk calls from telemarketers on my cell, all looking for my wife. One of the companies calling was Sirius XM (3x a day I might add). In contacting Hugh Sisley (he has yet to respond) and Doug McDougall there was no concern shown for this violation of my personal information. I was simply directed to the generic Honda Canada number. I've followed up a few times asking for a specific person and contact but they can't be bothered to assist nor do they care about the mishandling of my personal information. Be warned, once you buy the vehicle they won't give you the time of day. More

Over 65 Year History Tainted by Sub-Par Customer Service I originally thought I would buy my used vehicle at Honda Sisley because it's been in existence for 3 generations (over 65 years). This dealership als I originally thought I would buy my used vehicle at Honda Sisley because it's been in existence for 3 generations (over 65 years). This dealership also seems to take a lot of pride in their brand, given the "Sisley" label they tack on each car sold. I don't usually write reviews, but I personally felt the need to inform other potential customers. I am disappointed and extremely frustrated with my experience there. Upon walking in, my parents and I walked around for 20 minutes without any Sales Managers or Product Advisors coming to assist us. We finally located one Product Advisor, who asked us to wait 10 minutes. Eventually we ran into another Product Advisor (Raymond Lam), who told us to wait 5 minutes but who never actually came back. Overall, we did not find the customer service to be particularly welcoming or friendly. After 20 minutes, the first Product Advisor finally came back to us and asked how he could help. By then, we had waited 40-45 minutes without receiving any staff assistance. We found this Product Advisor nice yet inexperienced and uneducated with regards to the vehicles he was trying to sell. Admittedly, he later disclosed it was his second day working at the dealership. By no means did he help in the selection of the vehicle I ended up purchasing. He was unable to gage our lifestyle needs and personal interests. He had a hard copy list of the available used vehicles, which he had us look over. I felt as though I was on my own, making my own decisions without any professional input. When we went for a test drive, he was unable to open the trunk of the vehicle. He had to get someone else to help open it. Back in the office, we would ask questions and he would have to run back and forth to get the answers from someone else. I do not necessarily blame this Product Advisor - it is the responsibility of Sisley Honda's management to properly train their inexperienced Product Advisors before unleashing them onto the sales floor. Perhaps new employees should shadow long-time employees for a given amount of time. A simple example would be the fact that this Product Advisor incorrectly verbalized that a $1,000 was required, when a manager later corrected him in saying the deposit is actually $2,000. After having settled on the vehicle I was going to purchase, we were then ushered to deal with a lady from the Financial department. She also disclosed she'd been with the dealership for less than a year, which was exemplified by her lack of product knowledge. I feel she didn't actually know the specifics of the warranty packages she was trying to have me purchase. Furthermore, on the vehicle agreement document she typed and printed out, I later found 3 errors. Most unacceptable is the fact that the purchase price was incorrectly inputted, indicating I was to buy the car for $2,000 more than the agreed upon price. Besides that, she had typed out the wrong mileage and gotten my email wrong. I am unsure how three errors can be made on one single-page document. As I type this, I have yet to even pick up my vehicle but I felt the need to disclose my vehicle-purchasing experience. This type of subpar service dampened my excitement of finally being able to purchase my car, after having worked so hard for years. The only positive comments I have are with regards to Victor Mohammadi, one of the new vehicle sales managers. He ended up having to assist the Product Advisor with aspects of the paperwork. He was also friendly and professional. More
