I bought a $25,000 used car from Mr Jules Aoun only because I liked fhe specs of the car. I don’t like writing critical reviews but I am writing this because after letting two unfulfilled agreements go, this last incident was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Mr Aoun and his financing director Cosimo had tried to get me to purchase an extended warranty and was quite attentive at first. However, when I decided not to go ahead with paying $3+k for it, he dropped the ball on me. He had offered to install winter tires for me so I did not have to change them less than one month later. I thought that was a nice gesture and thanked him. When I paid for the car and drove off with it. I fully expected that I had winter tires installed on the car. However, (and thankfully), three days before the deadline to change to winter tires, we had a snow day and I felt the car kept slipping, which was odd. While I was out, one of the tires got a flat. It was freezing cold and I used my compressor to inflate it, suffering a massive headache for it. I got home and realized that the tire quickly went flat again. CAA came and changed that tire with one I had in storage. The next day, I had to drive to a tire specialist to fix the hole. I was shocked to be told that I had been driving with summer tires and needed to get them changed immediately for my safety and in order not to get a fine. I waa livid. Most places were fully booked and I had to take half a day off just to attend to this. I will not mention the other two times where gaslighted me after-sales and I’ve had to waste more time chasing him for things and answers. I love my Hondas but will steer clear of this dealership for their slipshod and insincere service.
