More than Just an Oil Change! My 2016 F150 was in service for oil change, rotate tires and 3 recall items which were completed as promised and on time I might add. Very bad experience Took my car in for warranty work, car was towed there ,took them 4 days to disassembled transmission they said they were waiting for warranty, warra Took my car in for warranty work, car was towed there ,took them 4 days to disassembled transmission they said they were waiting for warranty, warranty said they were waiting for pictures ,took them a week to submit pictures and a mechanic was smart enough to send pictures of another part that was totally not damaged because he did not read file so I may be another week or so no car, I asked for cutesy car so Sean the manager said you are pass the Ford warranty and you are now on extended warranty ,,like saying we don’t care you buy one of our car but now you are not our problem too bad so sad ...sadly my man is a Ford lover And he just purchased a new Ford good thing he did not go to Higbury Ford this time and I pray he gets better service than I m getting and my problem one from a factory defect Ford is very aware of it but has not made it a recall Goid luck with your transmission people ...
