I also wasnt told at the time of booking the truck would be needed for up to the full day. Fortunately the reprograming was done quicker ..which was appreciated . Both customer shuttle drivers were great . The csc is the front line to customer service.. they should be friendly . I felt more like an inconvience than a customer . More
