That dealership did a terrible job of greeting us and making us feel that they were interested in us. My wife and I had enough and left. We went down the street and there was Heffner Toyota. We walked in no appointment, were great by the receptionist she asked how she could help us. We said maybe we were interested in a Highlander. She pointed out were one was on the showroom floor and if we cared to go look at it she would get us a sales rep. Shortly after looking at the 2016 Highlander a very professional and most pleasant sales lady greeted us, Karen Savage. Her sales approach was fantastic she asked all the right questions and was a very good listener. Two hours after meeting Karen we had to leave to pick up our granddaughter but agreed to come back after we reviewed all the information Karen had provided us with. After a couple more visits we were ordering a new 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE. We picked it up on January 5 2017. We are so pleased with all the people we met at Heffners, they are all friendly and professional. Heffners, tagline (you're part of the family) is true we truely do feel that we are at home with Heffner Toyota. Most friendly dealership I have ever stepped foot into. I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Heffner Toyota as they were the first to entertain my vehicle purchase request. I was very picky about exactly what I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from Heffner Toyota as they were the first to entertain my vehicle purchase request. I was very picky about exactly what I wanted and they worked hard to find me exactly the vehicle I wanted (colour, transmission type, options, etc). I waited approx. one week and my truck was waiting for me! I feel like I got a great deal, they were flexible on the price (beat every single other dealership I walked into). Service experience was great. Staff was very willing to chat while I waited for service to be done (I generally decline their generous offer of a shuttle home as I can work from my laptop in their "lounge area". The service department went above and beyond and took the time to answer any of my questions that I had. Also, their service hours are amazing for me! More

After a check-up by the fast lane staff, it was taken care of by the workshop, explained and showed to me by the service representative. No costs were charged and the car also got it's free carwash.
