Unprofessional and Rude Staff I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my entire life. I knew more about the vehicle being serviced than the advisors, and the service manager was an ignorant clown. The "fixed operations manger" was the most ignorant and disrespectful of all. Rude, belligerent and blamed ME for the way that I was treated. No customer service skills, and clearly not a single care about customer retention or satisfaction. We will be driving to the city for services for the rest of our days in Hanna. More
