I test drove four cars from four different dealerships in one day and no other salesperson took the time and effort to really explain every question i had like Justin did. All of them worked hard to get me into the car I was after even when i had doubts myself if they could get it to my budget. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and all the employees we dealt with were very detailed in all the information they provided us which made my decision that much easier. I came back the same day as none of the other dealerships compared to the same experience I had at Guelph Hyundai. My family is really enjoying our new Santa Fe and we wish to thank you all again. The employees have always been polite and knowledgeable, as well as "fixing" my car properly so that it stays fixed. Most of my visits to the Dealership have been to get the car serviced, and I make a conscious effort to follow the schedule that Guelph Hyundai recommends. However, even though certain things are scheduled at certain killometerages/times, if the mechanic thinks it doesn't need to be done right then, he recommends putting it off until a later time...which I appreciate. The mechanics also keep me informed of the state of things one does not readily see...i.e. condition of the brakes, condition of various fluids in the car's operating system, state of the tires, etc. etc. This is what makes for a good experience going to get the car serviced. It would be appreciated though if the price was a little more reasonable, or if Seniors' discount days could be any monthly working day, say, once or twice a month, instead of a fixed day each week....one can't always get in on a given Tuesday. A Computer record could easily be kept indicating that a given "Senior" person had been in to get his/her car serviced monthly (or twice monthly). More
