Appointments are overbooked and service takes a very long time to complete. I took my vehicle in at 12:00 on a Friday and it wasn't ready until 5:30. Even then, only service # 2 was completed (lube oil filte time to complete. I took my vehicle in at 12:00 on a Friday and it wasn't ready until 5:30. Even then, only service # 2 was completed (lube oil filter/tire rotation). Other work, including servicing the rear view camera and two recall issues, were not completed or even started. I returned the next week on a Thursday and they had my vehicle for the entire day (rental vehicle was provided) and they again were not able to complete the work order. They called and asked if I could keep the rental vehicle for another day. The next day, Friday, I picked up my vehicle at 3:45. The two recall issues were completed but they had to order a new camera that wouldn't be in until the next week on Thursday. In summary, the Hyundai dealership had my vehicle for two and a half days and I still have to go back. The service staff were friendly and I'm willing to give this dealership another chance to provide great/excellent customer service but only one more chance. I purchased my Sonata at the Orangeville dealership in 2010 and have had it serviced there since. The service was always excellent! The work was completed in an organized and timely manner and the staff were awesome, so friendly and accommodating. I recently moved to Guelph which is why I was hoping to switch dealerships for servicing, however while it would be inconvenient to go to Orangeville, I definitely would as the service is so superior. More
