I think I left out the part about two of my summer tires being left out of their plastic bags and put back into my car filthy and thereby getting my car filthy. Also, there's a squeal coming from my back brakes since the tire change. People at the dealership are very friendly but I have heard the same excuses every time I go there. I had hoped they would be resolved by now. All in all it was a negative experience. Not a good way to keep selling cars.
