First and foremost, please allow me to apologize to you personally if the level of service we provided you was anything less than what you have come to expect from us here at Guelph Hyundai. From your comments it would appear that a lack of clear communication and realistic timelines presented to you at the time of write-up was the root cause of the issue here. We here at Guelph Hyundai take our customer service efforts exceptionally seriously and make every effort to provide top notch service with minimal inconvenience to our clientele. You mentioned you were stuck in a waiting room for many hours, we do offer a shuttle service to run our customers around Guelph in an effort to alleviate the inconvenience to the best of our abilities. I sincerely hope this was offered to you as an alternate option, if it was not offered, please accept my sincerest apologies.
