Awesome experience buying our new Santa Fe ! This was our second Santa Fe, and not that we wanted to get rid of our 2003, it just seemed the right time for an upgrade. Our experience at Guelph Hy This was our second Santa Fe, and not that we wanted to get rid of our 2003, it just seemed the right time for an upgrade. Our experience at Guelph Hyundai was fantastic. The open concept of the building is great. Sitting at a round table to discuss our purchase was very cool. Our sales rep Tyler was awesome. He was very professional, made us feel like family, and even grabbed cookies and drinks for our kids. Very informative, answered all our questions. We definitely enjoyed working with him. We were also assisted with Tamara in finance, who was very friendly, made us feel very comfortable, and helped with choosing only the things that seemed relevant to us. These two employees along with a couple managers we met made the purchase of our new Santa Fe a fantastic experience. We highly recommend Guelph Hyundai. Thanks. More

The show room is bright, airy and comfortable... the best I've ever experienced. The service area was equally impressive. Altogether a very good experience! More

They go ab I have never had a major problem with any of my Hyundai cars. This dealership takes good care of me and everyone is helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. My favourite Sales Associate is Scott Shafer, but I really enjoy talking to Adrian and Tyler also. Scottie tells it like it is. I like that in a person because I am the same way. Recently, he fixed my keys. I had 6 keys on 6 key rings, attached together with one other key tag. He said would you like me to sort this out for you? Who knew they were such a mess? He has helped me with way more than just the purchase of my new car and it was fun the whole time. I highly recommend the car and I highly recommend the dealership. More

Shock I went in for my 48,000 km service visit and to my shock the total for the service visit was $1,087, and for that price I got no new parts. I looked I went in for my 48,000 km service visit and to my shock the total for the service visit was $1,087, and for that price I got no new parts. I looked at the bill wondering what costs so much. I have spoken to friends, family and co-workers and they're more shocked than I am. No one has heard of a service visit costing that much. One person said to me that you could almost buy a used car for that much money. I wonder how much my next service visit will be, which is in May. More

Recd a call back within in an hour from a sales Rep, and had my appt booked the same day for a test drive with Sheryle. By the end of the day financing was all done and the deal was done. Great Service, quick response from dealer, very accommodating for my financing request. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More
Terrible Communication Previous to my service at Guelph Hyundai, I had been servicing my car at Waterloo Hyundai with no issues. Due to a change of employment, I was no long Previous to my service at Guelph Hyundai, I had been servicing my car at Waterloo Hyundai with no issues. Due to a change of employment, I was no longer in the KW region and thus went to Guelph Hyundai for my required service for warranty. When I arrived they were very pleasant, I was impressed with the service area and I was given my shuttle back to my place of employment. During the day I received a phone call from them informing me that my fronts brakes needed changed and some fluid changes would be required further down the road. They asked if I wanted these done at this time and I agreed. They never stipulated the costs of these additional services. I knew the approximate value of the brakes as I had my back brakes replaced by the Waterloo Hyundai but figured the other fluid changes would be minimal and were needed for my warranty. Much to my surprised when I showed up later to retrieve my vehicle, my bill was for $2,000. I discussed with multiple people, including my previous servicing company, and they agreed that a maintenance bill of $2,000 on a new car (less than three years old) is absurd. When reviewing the bill all the additional “fluid” changes resulted in $1,200 in additional charges and were all done with the Supreme packages. The labour charged was over $200 per hour. When I inquired about my bill they stated everything was communicated to me and nothing more they could do. I do not feel that communication was provided. When the services being provided are significant in dollar value, the fees should have been communicated along with the reason for needed the required servicing. None of the additional work was required for warranty. Needless to say, I will now be looking for a new business to service my car on a monthly basis. More
Service good - Communication poor I brought in my 2004 Santa Fe because my low oil pressure light was on. The service centre was able to see me the same day and I was provided the awes I brought in my 2004 Santa Fe because my low oil pressure light was on. The service centre was able to see me the same day and I was provided the awesome shuttle service back to work. I had a lube, oil, filter done as well there was a recommendation to replace a faulty low oil pressure sensor. On the phone I was told that I was down a litre of oil, I was also told that my oil filter was not the correct size and could be a potential problem but nothing definitive. Upon pick up I was also told that possibly the wrong size oil filter could have triggered the oil pressure sensor to go off although it would not of been responsible for the faulty sensor that now needed to be replaced. I asked for the wrong size filter and the right size filter so I could take it back to the mechanic that installed it. That mechanic spoke with Hyundai service centre who then told them that my oil levels were ok and that there nothing wrong with the wrong size filter - in fact sometimes after factory filters are smaller. My issue is with the miscommunication I received regarding my vehicle; the oil level when I brought in the vehicle for service due to an low oil pressure light and the size of the filter. All in all the actual service was fine but the communication was poor. More
