We found the overall experience to be wonderful! The Salesman that assisted us is no longer at the dealership but, he was very friendly and knowledgable of the vehicles. The transaction was flawless. It is the quality of service at this dealership that is the reason I have purchased my last two cars here. The service has always been friendly, efficient and personable. My most recent service appointment was spent in comfort in the customized waiting room. When additional work is recommended, I feel no pressure to have it done immediately and I appreciate the reminder e-mails so I will remember a follow-up is required. I selected good vs very good for the price since I have no comparison to make. I continued to bring my last car to this dealership for service, even after the warranty was up, because I felt I could trust the work being done, appreciated the use of a loaner car or shuttle service when needed. More

Service desk was very helpful in assisting me to select the best product for my needs at an affordable costs. Service was timely & efficient. While waiting I was offered a comfortable waiting room stocke the best product for my needs at an affordable costs. Service was timely & efficient. I phoned on way back from North Carolina to see if I could get my car serviced. I was impressed thy could fit me in. By having it done saved hour and half trip back. We had reviewed the Santa Fe on the Hyundai website so when we got to the dealership we had a good idea what we wanted.
