Many of them just wanted to sell the most expensive car they could to whomever came along. I didn't know what I was looking for, but the people at Guelph Hyundai helped me find the right car. I was greeted by a wonderful sales representative named Allan who immediately started helping me figure out what car would be best for me. I ended up buying the perfect car and wouldn't trade it for anything. I love my car. I think that anybody looking for a new or used car should visit Guelph Hyundai. More

Great experience from the get go! From the minute we walked in the dealership we were impressed. The manager warmly greeted us put us in the capable hands of sales associate, Scott Sha From the minute we walked in the dealership we were impressed. The manager warmly greeted us put us in the capable hands of sales associate, Scott Shafer and ensured we were comfortable even offering us beverages. Scott took his time with us answering questions and getting a feeling for what our vehicle needs were. I felt well informed on three different styles of vehichles as we had not yet determined which one we were going to purchase. At no time did I feel pressured and I really appreciated that as I was determined to take my time and make a well informed decision. We did scope out another dealership and when we told them we were considering a Sante Fe they said flat out that they could not match their deal. We researched the vehicle and we continued to be impressed with what we found from other independent reviewers. With our decision made Scott continued to get us the best deal and ensure that we were happy. He gave a thorough training session when I picked up the vehicle and left the door open for me to return with any questions or concerns that I may have. He followed up two days later just to touch base and make sure I was happy with my new ride. I would definitely recommend the car, the dealership and the sales associate to my friends and family. From start to finish it was a great experience! More

Both times, the person phoned me and just said 'Hi Tim' without identifying himself. On the second call, I just said, 'Who is this?' The failure to id himself just seemed unprofessional to me.
