Unfortunately for them making me happy involved finding an identical vehicle with thee same mileage and delivering it to me at no extra charge. New car purchase I have not bought a new car for over 15 years. This was my first time at Guelph Hyundai and I was recommended by family to visit this dealership. Tom Hill was there with a warm smile and friendly manner which helped me relax. My older car was needing more expensive repairs so I needed a change. My son was with me to negotiate and help with my decisions. Tom let me test drive both the Accent and Elantra but it was the Veloster I fell in love with. A unique car in a great color that put a smile on my face. Kevin Lasso helped both find a car and in my color very quickly. Tom went above and beyond to drive hours to pick up the car at another dealership and even came in on his day off to keep the continuity of service. Many thanks to Tamara for guiding me through the financial end of the purchase. A few hiccups that weren't her fault and alot of her patience finally helped me buy my car. Such an enjoyable experience with some awesome people. I will always recommend Guelph Hyundai to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used car. They really do everything to make it a great experience. This “positive experience” resulted in my purchase of a brand new 2017 Santa Fe Sport that they immediately searched for in order to meet my specific needs/selection.
