It was our first big purchase and our first purchase of a brand new car. We couldn't have been happier with the young professional that came to our aid when we first stepped onto the lot to browse. Adrian was incredibly helpful, professional, and uplifting. It made the entire experience easy and fast. Not once was he pushy or aggressive in his sales (something I cannot stand) and he was incredibly thorough and detailed with getting us the right car for the right price. There was no hiding behind numbers or false promises, anything he said he would try to do to make our new buy memorable was done to the upmost. We are incredibly happy with how our transaction turned out and the new car we now have sitting in our driveway. Seeing as Adrian was new when we first met him, we had no idea about it until he told us later that day, it was a pleasure to have met him and we have been recommending anyone we know of who is looking into purchasing a new vehicle to strongly consider Hyundai Guelph because of the great experience we had there.
