Being an out of province driver, we ran into difficulties obtaining the proper documentation needed to insure the vehicle. Scott and his team were extremely kind and patient in helping us solve this, resulting in fantastic service we never expected to receive. Tamara was very kind and personable, and made us feel right at home. Overall a wonderful experience, and I would safely recommend anyone to this dealership. More

Super Fantastic Experience!! Alex was SO amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and very evidently showed that he had my best interests as a priority. As expected, I was nervous about walking into the dealership (as this was my first time buying my own car). He truly made the entire experience fun and unforgettable. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy something I didn't really want, or didn't absolutely love. He built the perfect package for me, (gave me an amazing deal!) - I couldn't be more happy with my new 2017 Elantra Limited! Would 100% recommend Alex to anybody, even first-time buyers! They didn't have one, but they found one I bought a new 2007 Sonata at Guelph Hyundai and gave it to my Son in 2014 and he's still driving it.I was looking for a 2017 Elantra SE in Red but th I bought a new 2007 Sonata at Guelph Hyundai and gave it to my Son in 2014 and he's still driving it.I was looking for a 2017 Elantra SE in Red but they couldn't find one so they found a 2018 SEL for almost the same price. Shady business dealing Wrong car proof given initially, after review turns out car had previous damage. Warranty offered double cost for initial 20 mins then they offered r Wrong car proof given initially, after review turns out car had previous damage. Warranty offered double cost for initial 20 mins then they offered real one, would not even present details in paper. Finance manager admitted commissions were much higher but could not explain the difference in the two verisions of warranties other than one was more "robost" for an extra $2000 and admitted he would only go for the cheaper warranty. Salesman (Jack) promised delivery on 3 separate days then had me (the customer) book a dent repair with their vendor personally, refused to fix it at dealership. Said I quote on the phone "you made me have egg on my face as I worked all day to get this done for you, is that what you want to do to me" 3 days after he said it would be ready, then was all smiles when we picked up the car. Work was being done to safety the car, but no one would actually admit what was being fixed, different answer every time, brakeline, c joint, brake pads, etc. Other observations: Employees smoking outside the front door of the dealership.
