110%!! Myself and partner were in need of a car, and had never had one in Canada before, so we were wary of the in's and out's that leasing a car came with, Myself and partner were in need of a car, and had never had one in Canada before, so we were wary of the in's and out's that leasing a car came with, so when we walked into Mitsubishi GP we were hoping for a kind and well knowledgable person to help us through the process and that's exactly what we got! Every question we asked was answered, every request we made was honoured. Even when our work got in the way for dates and times, they were very flexible and helped all the way; we even had restaurants recommended to us as we were knew to the area, and when our new car needed some work doing to it, the employee over the phone was so helpful and lovely to speak to! Overall I believe without a good salesperson, a company looses a huge part of why people will choose to buy from them, which is why we chose to buy our vehicle from Mitsubishi GP. I'd recommend anybody to head there to buy/sell their car. Great service. 110%!! More

Great experience for my first time I worked with 2 great people there. But the one who never gave up was tem a great salesman to work with. Told him what I wanted and he got me into wha I worked with 2 great people there. But the one who never gave up was tem a great salesman to work with. Told him what I wanted and he got me into what was fit for me and my budget. Went the other day to get it detailed, was like it just came off the truck. The detailers did a great job. Dustin and tem that worked with me to get this awesome car thanks really appreciate everything .. i recommend to go and get a vehicle from tem. More

Sales person is superb but. Me and my dad was just driving around town to check some vehicles when we decided to drop by this dealership. We were welcomed by Tem who was a really Me and my dad was just driving around town to check some vehicles when we decided to drop by this dealership. We were welcomed by Tem who was a really great salesperson and really listens to what you want and has already a vehicle in mind right after I told him my specifications. We went in and sat down while waiting for Tem as he talked with his manager. When Tem came back, he said that his manager wants to do a credit check first since I am "new" to the country. First of all, why would you have to do a credit check on me even before I see a vehicle? So I said no, as I am confident that I have a really good credit as I have a stable job, income, and I have been in the country for over a year now. The manager insist that a credit check needs to be done first since I am new to the country the reason why they have to do it. So we just walked out, went to a different dealership, got approved in less than 5 minutes, and drove home with a new vehicle. I just felt a discriminated by what that manager wants to do who was actually eyeing me the minute I walked in the dealership. Never ever am I going to buy a vehicle from this dealership!! Tem was really superb but the management is just unbelievable. More

Went in for service, walked away with a new car. Jordan was absolutely wonderful to deal with. He understood what I wanted in a vehicle and was very concise and knowledgeable about the range of vehic Jordan was absolutely wonderful to deal with.
