He understands our frustration and does everything he can to work through our vehicles service, getting to the truth of the matter and explaining everything clearly to us. He is always kind, welcoming, and honest and should be rewarded for his excellent customer service. We must also compliment the Service Manager for supporting Tony and ourselves when issues occurred with our vehicles. Tony and the GP Chrysler Service Department are a big part of the reason we are still buying Dodge vehicles at this dealership. More

Every dealership and mechanic I called couldn't help me and most of the people I spoke to were completely unaware of what block heaters are. Grande Prairie Chrysler Jeep Dodge saved the day! Not only were they able to identify the specific heater required for my car but also included a diagram that clearly defined the engine block heater installation. More

Recently I brought my 1500 in for service and Mr Teal ad I don't normally submit reviews unless I am over the moon happy with the service I received. Recently I brought my 1500 in for service and Mr Teal advised me of the excellent windshield special that was going on. I couldn't go without my vehicle too long but I was promised that it would be completed by the end of the day. I received a call that my truck was ready 2 hrs earlier than I expected. Upon inspection I couldn't have been happier with the result. I wouldn't have known about this if it wasn't for Don and I would have spent twice as much somewhere else. THANK YOU DON!!! More
