Amazing I recently bought a 1995 BMW from a private seller and needed an appraisal the same day. Went into Gorruds without an appointment and was out of there I recently bought a 1995 BMW from a private seller and needed an appraisal the same day. Went into Gorruds without an appointment and was out of there in 10 minutes or less - free of charge (normally it cost $50-100). Im a 21 year old student who doesn't have a lot of money to spend so having them help me out like that was incredible. 10/10 would recommend for quality and fast service. More

My dealings with Gorruds has been outstanding from the very beginning. The sales process was smooth, friendly and professional. Since that time I have taken our cars to Gorruds for all service issues, inc very beginning. The sales process was smooth, friendly and professional. Since that time I have taken our cars to Gorruds for all service issues, including oil changes. From my home there are probably 40 or so places I could go that are closer, many of them offering lower prices, but Gorruds inspires trust, and delivers the "unexpected extras" that make this a great place to go. Being greeted at the door by name is always terrific. The work is done on time, on spec and at a very fair price. The surroundings are comfortable and friendly, the coffee and hot chocolate are hot and fresh, and the people genuinely care whether I am satisfied or not. My car was delivered back to me completely washed and running like new. This is the way I remember service in the 1960's. It worked then, and it works even better now because it stands out in such stark contrast from all the others. Well done, Gorruds! I'm hooked. More

I bought my 2006 Nissan Frontier from Gorruds almost 5 years ago. Although I havent had cause to do much maintenance on this vehicle the few times that I did I have found Jason and Mallory to be extremely years ago. Although I havent had cause to do much maintenance on this vehicle the few times that I did I have found Jason and Mallory to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I send my wifes vehicle there for regular maintenance now as well. Recently my wife was involved in a minor collision and while driving to Gorruds her vehicle engine light came on.She was already upset over the collision but once the engine light came on her anxiety increased. A quick call to Gorruds and Mallory had a tow truck at the scene and a ride home for my wife. When I came home my wife told me how she felt Gorruds and Mallory had taken care of her. The minor colllision turned into a major repair on our vehicle and we had to have a new engine installed which was done by Gorruds. When we take our vehicles to Gorruds we always feel sure that the repair or service will be done correctly and at the price quoted. Simply put we trust our cars to Gorruds. More
