We decided to check out a used dealership as we knew they would have ample choices in their lot. We were not disappointed. When we arrived we met Ziggy and he was more than helpful in setting up half a dozen test drives back to back for us. We left with a good feeling of the SUV we wanted. We met again the next day to test drive our favourite...the Ford Edge. By the time we arrived back Ziggy had printed up the paper work knowing that my wife's eager tone meant nothing less than "we'll take it". Ziggy walked us through everything we needed to know and introduced us to Kevin. Kevin is in charge of making sure we understand the numbers. He took his time to explain all our options and answer all our questions. We walked out feeling very informed and comfortable with our purchase. The next day we drove the car home. Karen is always so very helpful when I would go into get my vehicle serviced & was a big help in the purchasing of this new vehicle (& also having me talk to the right people along the way). Danny- Sales Manager, assisted me when I was feeling pretty upset about my situation & listened to my frustrations (being very empathetic the whole time we spoke). After speaking with Danny, who was very knowledgeable, I felt so much better than I had in the beginning of said call. Danny went over a few options with me & I decided to go in the next day after looking online at a few different options. Danny was there to speak with me & than had Julius there lending a helping hand as well. Julius & I took the car I had looked at & liked for a test drive. I decided I would get that vehicle. Even though the vehicle was at one of their other locations, Julius took the time to check in with me & also personally came over to that location this evening (well after what I know was his scheduled work time) to come and hand me the keys to my new car. I have had friends & family buy their vehicles from Gorrud's and I know they as well as myself would recommend anyone to get their future vehicles there. The staff are very friendly, professional & make sure their clients are happy & satisfied with their new car when leaving there. Julius also told me if I have any issues at all in the future to give him a call & he would be happy to help... but until my first scheduled oil change I don't plan on seeing you all till then. lol :) Thanks for everything, Kristi More

After checking a few other dealerships before this one, I was starting to think getting the car I wanted for the price I could afford was going to be impossible. At this dealership I was able to find a practically new car at an amazing price. Even if I had not found this car, there would have been 3 or 4 others in the lot I would have been looking at. The salesperson (Steven) was friendly, very helpful and knew his stuff about the car. Felt more like buying a vehicle from a close friend rather then a dealership. I could really tell that he wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. Will be sending friends and family to this dealership in the future and will be buying many more cars from here. A++++ More

The business model works for me They have a broad selection of makes and models of vehicle and you can often find a number is different choices if you have something specific in mind They have a broad selection of makes and models of vehicle and you can often find a number is different choices if you have something specific in mind. They have something of a "no haggle" pricing so that basically what you see on the price...is the price. As prices go I find that they are priced a bit lower than the average asking out there when I look around. Also helpful is that they give enough clear information ON the car sticker to help you judge the price for yourself. If you are uncomfortable dealing directly with a salesperson...its fairly easy to walk around the lot and shop on your own. And if you are tired of that and want help with the search...just walk into the building and the folks are pretty helpful. They are pretty service oriented in the purchase process, taking care of a lot of things like plate and handling insurance interactions. They offer you the extras but are not too pushy about them. I just bought my second car from them...I was quite pleased with the first car. BTW: Below in the survey "Were you left alone more than 5 mins at any point during the buying process" It is nice to be left alone to discuss a decision...so it was requested. :) More
