Unacceptable service This dealership is horrible. Their sevice department is incompetent. I got car from these people, 3days later the tire pressure started signalling. I This dealership is horrible. Their sevice department is incompetent. I got car from these people, 3days later the tire pressure started signalling. I stopped by the dealership, theh had it checked and told me everythx was fixed. 4dayd latet the same tire pressure pb occured, they were only able to book an appointment 7days later. I went to get it check after waiting 30mins they told me they had to order the part and i should come in 2weeks from that date and it should take an hr to be fixed. On the said day, i went there, waited for an hour 40mins for my car. And when i asked, they told me it was a very complicated thing to do and would need more time. Now, not only did i have to go to work, they told me my cat was taken to some other place because their machines wete bad. The service manager had no apology to offer. They did not habe the courtesy to Call me and advise that the service was goin 2 take longer, so i can cancel my shift or move on w my day rather than wait there the whole tym. I requested to be reinbursed for my shift wasted, and nobody had nothing to say about that. The managers were all in Russia for a vacation as per the Receptionist. So what abt the customer in all this? My gas driving there 3times in one month since i got the car, my time(most importantly) i haf to waits all 3times and the money lost from not starting my shift because i did not have a car to work( i use my car 4wrk). I will never recommend any1 to ever go this place. Run 4 ur life, money n tym! Despicable service More

I got there at noon left at four pm with my new Toyota Venza Everything went smooth Ali was great wish I could have got more for my trade but I didn't want to deal with selling it myself saved on taxes a little.
