He saw us through the entire process and overall is the most pleasant salesman we have ever met. :) We were very impressed with everyone we dealt with at good fellows auto. After we bought the car we realized we didn't have floor mats and a headlight was out. They quickly replaced these with no cost to us, a couple weeks had gone by since we purchased the car.
