Hello Ms. Alicia My Name is Abbas and I am General Manager at Good Fellows Auto, I take our customers experience very seriously as you noticed I am responding to your email on Sunday. First of all let me sincerely apologize for what happened, I spoke with Bijan and reviewed the emails, regardless of bad weather the vehicle should have been ready for the test drive although we are strongly recommended by our insurance not to allow test drive on sever weather, how ever you should have chosen the option drive it or not, since you requested the test drive two days ahead, he should have contacted you ahead of time letting you know due to the bad weather to re schedule the test drive, it was his negligent not to do so, although he said he offered you to wait to pull the car out ( based on Bijan ) but the car should have been ready. I regret that you had to experience this and walk away from my dealership unhappy, I am surprised with Bijan and I will deal with his negligent, I hope I can a get a chance to earn your satisfaction. I am going away this Wednesday, it will be my pleasure if I can meet you or have a phone conversation prior to my leaving. Best Regards Abbas

Thank you for responding to my review. Bijan did say that we could test drive the car if we waited an hour however I would need to fill out the financing paper so because of the effort the get the car out, I had to be serious. I don't feel that should have even been a condition. I am a commuter and I need a car to get to work, I came from the Tottenham area to see the vehicle. I was looking at my options yesterday and made a choice to go with another dealer, I've already fill out the paperwork on a car. Although I was not willing to commit without testing or on the spot, I was extremely serious and this was an experience I would not be willing to repeat. Thank you.

Thank you for the offer. I respectfully decline. I am more than happy with my selection, I have chosen another model from the same make of cars due to my additional research. Obviously, my experience at your dealership was not acceptable by any means. At this team am unable to say that I would have ultimately selected that car once I visited saw all the cars I was interested in seeing on Saturday. Based on the text exchange with Bijan I did feel that there would be a lot of pressure to decide on the spot, my actually experience was far worse. I appreciate your attempt to rectify the situation.

Dear Alicia I regret that you did not have a good experience and walk away from our dealership unhappy,the main reason was due to extreme bad weather, if you remember there was snow storm on that day and specially at the time you arrived, however Bijan still offered you to wait until he made the car ready for test drive despite of the vehicle being in the middle of the showroom and many cars had to go out before that vehicle came out and asked you at the mean time to fill out application to expedite the process while you were waiting, he did not ask for commitment, he did not expect you to still request for the test drive in such a bad weather, however after you insisted, he tried to prepare the car but you did not want to wait.I think it is fair to expect a car purchaser to spend about 30 minutes to 1 hours for purchasing a vehicle. About 10 vehicles had to be moved out and due to weather ( snow storm ) they had to be reconditioned before going back to showroom, that would take some times and you chose not to wait. We set our policies based on our previous experiences, test drive accidents, drive away with the test drive car, and our customers and staff safety and health. we have about 15 sales people and if every customer wants to test drive a vehicle inside showroom, you can imagine how polluted and messy the showroom will be, and risking safety of our customers walking around the showroom, specially kids running around, We usually have a similar vehicles outside of showroom for customers to test drive to get a feeling of how that type vehicle drives, however continues heavy snow for the past few weeks prior to your visit had limited us to offer that option for few models because they were buried under the snow on our outside lot.
