Buying a car from Goderich Honda has to be the worst customer service experience of my life. We bought a CR-V for the company, it took Honda Goderich about a week to even get a RIN for the car! After only 9,248km it had a brake problem that wore the pads 1mm on the front and 7mm on the rear. It left us with a vehicle that was “unsafe to drive” according to another dealership. Goderich Honda blamed my colleague, suggesting it was due to aggressive driving they even accused my colleague of lying. In fact, it seemed like anything to avoid any cost. At one stage, before they started ignoring emails (even at senior levels), the General Manager told us to deal with Honda Canada and wished us a sarcastic “Good Luck”. Honda Canada were even less helpful and told us to go back to Honda Goderich and speak with the Manager, the same person we had been speaking with.
Goderich Honda, never again ! Honda, probably not, if this is the quality of dealership.
