I was interested in purchasing a truck, made it very clear i wanted no additional warranty as it came with manufacturer warranty. I was told i had to put a $2000 deposit down before signing contracts an clear i wanted no additional warranty as it came with manufacturer warranty. While in the back being pressured to sign the contracts i noticed they had tacked on an additional $13000 in warranty fees that i did not approve of. I told them i was no longer interested in doing business with people that had no integrity and were slimey. Go auto no refuses to reimburse me my $2000 deposit. More

Was looking for a hybrid to replace a Toyota Prius that was totaled. Found one at this dealership that looked promising so I inquired about it and a young lady name Kim responded. She was very pleasant through the email/text exchanges and that continued when I eventually made it to the dealership for a closer look and test drive. My wife and I returned for a second look and a test drive and again, Kim was very pleasant and personable. We were very close to closing the deal, but I wanted an additional day or so to think it over. In the mean time the vehicle was sold which was fine. Our experience with Kim was pleasant and comfortable and she didn't try to pressure us into a purchase. The sales manager however, push additional and expensive add-ons which we did not want. Be prepared for the up-sell if you shop here. More
