He didn't even apologize for the discrepancy on their end let alone acknowledging it. Shop at a proper name brand dealerships like Honda and Nissan and don't waste your time on them. They deleted the Facebook ad shortly after I submitted this review even thought the manager said I'm wrong about the price!!! More

I purchased a vehicle in October 2024. New tires were installed and I was not able to make a selection (I would have paid). There was a tire issue on my trip home. It had to be towed. This place was horrible. I called about a car went there and it wasn’t even the car that I was interested in. So I then sit down and do paperwork and give them a $500 deposit which I’m now trying to get back and getting a complete run around. They told me my car was in the service bay when I left I drove by the service bay, I looked in and I sure never saw no car that looked like the one I was interested in. Not only bait and switch but also trying to rip me off my $500 deposit. Will never go there again!!! More

However, when he showed us the 2021 Mazda CX-30, we discussed that this vehicle would suffice our needs but the price was slightly above our budget. Both Sourav and Elias worked hard to keep it within our budget and even stayed beyond the closing time to complete the finance documents. When the opportunity arises, we'll recommend Go Auto Outlet South to others and hopefully they too will get a chance to meet and deal with Sourav and Elias. More
