He had the truck less than 3 months and the engine blew while he was working up North. He had to find someone to flatbed it home. They wouldn’t cover it under warranty (because he did the oil change) and proceeded to make him pay 20,000 for a new engine, which took him 6 months to collect via borrowing. It was in Go Autos possession during this time. He’s 23, was using this vehicle to build his credit and obviously couldn’t use the truck his work. Everyone he has dealt with in this dealership has been useless. Now the loan company is after him for payments while the truck was in Go Autos possession, he JUST got it back and the engine HAD to pay for with CASH, since he was not able to get any further loans. He’s tried making payment arrangements with them for the 15 but they are still hounding him and those on the application. If he didn’t buy a new engine, he was stuck paying for a truck that he didn’t even have. We are going so be filing claims with AMVIC. I would use extreme caution buying anything from this company, especially if you’re just starting out or trying to build your credit. What has been done is completely unethical and consumers need to take caution when dealing with them. More

Had a very poor experience with this Go Auto location. I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) bu I wanted a specific vehicle and was dealing with him via email. We made what I thought was a deal contingent on a test drive (we live out of town) but then he stopped emailing with me. When I began texting him he said he could not 100% guarantee he could give me the deal we agreed to. I was quite angry with him so complained to the dealership. Despite showing them the emails (which language they twisted) the sales manager refused to honour the deal we had made. The deal was basically a ploy to make us drive the 1 1/2 hours and squeeze us for more than what we wanted to pay. Will not deal with this dealership again. I am warning everyone I know to stay away from them as well. More
